Wellington Augusto is the visionary behind Mission Management Group, the force that drives the passion, flavor, and hospitality found across every Mission concept—including Mission Oak Grill in Newburyport, Mission On The Bay in Swampscott, Mission Beach House in Revere, Mission Boathouse in Beverly, and Mission On Fire in West Roxbury.

Since founding the company, Wellington has combined his native Brazilian roots, deep culinary expertise, and a relentless commitment to hospitality to shape one of the most respected restaurant groups in the region. But it’s his leadership that truly defines him. As CEO and President, Wellington oversees every facet of the business—from culinary direction to front-of-house operations, team development, guest experience, and strategic growth.

Known for his dedication to mentorship, Wellington has built a culture rooted in opportunity. He trains and empowers staff across all levels of the company, guiding them to grow within their roles and advance their careers.
