Before joining Mission, Carlos honed his craft in some of the most prestigious restaurants in Boston and the surrounding area, where he developed a reputation for excellence, creativity, and leadership in the kitchen. Known for his refined approach to Latin American and fusion cuisine, Carlos consistently brings passion, precision, and cultural depth to every dish he creates.
